Return Process

Securely place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts.
- 3.Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized shipping center; once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
